Cancellation Policy
At Defined Beauty by Daisy, every appointment is reserved with care to give you the best experience possible. To respect both your time and mine, the following policy is in place:
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts vary by service and are applied toward your final balance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice. If proper notice is given, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date once only. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up without any notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before rebooking. No-call/no-shows are subject to a 100% service fee at the artist’s discretion.
Guest & Children Policy:
For safety and to maintain a calm studio environment, no children or extra guests are allowed at your appointment. Only the person receiving the service will be permitted in the treatment area. Please plan accordingly.
